Anne Marie Finkle passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2018, at Laurel Lake Nursing Center, after a short illness. She was born on August 24, 1946, in Pittsfield, MA, the daughter of Armond J. and Anna Scapin Touponce. After graduating from Lee High School in 1964, she worked for many years in the hospitality Industry. She was a loving mother, daughter and sister who touched many lives along her journey in life and will be missed by everyone who knew her and loved her. She is survived by her mother, Anna Touponce; a son: Grover Finkle; her brothers: James (Donna) Touponce, Richard Touponce, Robert (Christine) Touponce, David (Sharon) Touponce, Michael (Maryann) Touponce, Armond (Lorrie) Touponce III and Thomas Touponce; One sister: Nancy Knippenberg and several aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 7th at 10 AM at Fairmount Cemetery in Lee. The family wishes to thank the outstanding staff at Laurel Lake Nursing Center, especially Kathy Arment and Dr. Wespiser of Suburban Medical for the kindness they showed and the compassionate care they gave to Anne Marie during her illness, it will forever be appreciated. May you rest in peace Anne Marie.
