Gavin Egan, 27 of Lee MA went to the Lord on March 25th, 2017. He was born on June 8, 1989 in Albany, NY. He is survived by his mother Annie Hayes and step father Christopher Gerardi of Lee, MA and by his father Daniel Egan and step mother Peggy Egan of Albany, NY. He is also survived by his brothers, Cal Egan, Luke Egan (Allison), Matthew Badalucco and Michael Gerardi and his sisters Ruari Egan and Gabriella Gerardi. He is also survived by his grandmother, Virginia Egan of Glenmont NY. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Francis and Margaret Hayes and his paternal grandfather, John Egan. Gavin was also loved by his many aunts and uncles, cousins and friends. He graduated from Pittsfield High School in 2007 and Barron Institute of Technology in 2010. Gavin was an electrician. Gavin was a kind hearted, gentle and loving soul. Gavin loved his family and friends. He also loved fishing, hiking and music. He played the guitar and was a fan of the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. Funeral Services for Gavin Egan will be held Saturday, April 8th, 10AM at St. Mary's Church in Lee with a Liturgy of Christian Burial celebrated by Rev. Brian McGrath, pastor. Visiting Hours will be held Friday evening, 4PM - 7PM, at the Kelly Funeral Home in Lee. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gavin' s memory to the Keenan House in Pittsfield or Saint Mary's Catholic School in Lee, MA in care of Kelly Funeral Home, 3 Main St., Lee, MA 01238.
