John F. Roosa. 65, of Dalton formerly of Lenox, died Tuesday at the Berkshire Medical Center. He was born in Pittsfield on November 10, 1949 the son of Willard and Emma Bevins Roosa. He was educated in the Lenox Schools and was a 1969 graduate of Lenox High School. John worked at the Willow Mill of the Mead Corp. in South Lee as a Lab Technician retiring in 2007. He enjoyed fishing, jewelry making and was a ham radio operator. He leaves his brother Peter M. Roosa and his wife Tari of Lee his sister Barbara A. Noble of Stockbridge, his nephews Edmund, Robert, William, and Michael and great grandnephew Carson. He was predeceased by his sister Susan Polumbo A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
