Christine Owens-Crawford

Christine Owens-Crawford, 59, of Lee, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022.

Christine was born in Great Barrington on June 6, 1963, the daughter of the late John F. and Virginia Heydenreich Owens. She was educated locally and was a graduate of Monument Mountain Regional High School.

Christine had been a paralegal working for various law offices. She enjoyed gardening, travelling, especially throughout Europe, and was an animal lover, especially her beloved dog, Gunner.

Christine married Guy Crawford at St. Peter’s Church on October 9, 1992.

Besides her husband, Guy, Christine leaves behind her brother, James J. Owens and his wife Sabine Lehmann; her step-mother, Charlotte Stoddard Owens; her nephew, Alexander J. Owens; step-son, Joshua Crawford and his wife Gina; step-daughter, Hope Crawford; two step-grandchildren: Jackson and Braydon; her Crawford family in-laws; and many cousins and close friends.

Funeral Services for Christine Owens-Crawford will be held on Monday, July 25th, 10AM at St. Peter’s Church in Great Barrington. Burial will follow in St. Peter’s Cemetery. Immediately following burial, all are invited back to the Greenock Country Club in Lee for a reception at 12 noon. There will be no visiting hours.

In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated in Christine’s memory to the Berkshire Humane Society, in care of Kelly Funeral Home, 3 Main St., Lee, MA 01238.
