Obituary
James Winters, 56, passed away at his home Sunday morning in his wife’s arms.
Jim was born in Pittsfield, MA on May 27, 1967, the son of Kenneth and Lillian
Williams Winters. He attended Lee Schools and was a 1985 graduate of Lee High School
where he also played football.
Jim was a carpenter for various companies for many years and was an avid hunter.
He is survived by his wife, the former Judi Withers, whom he married on September 14,
2018; his brother: Troy (Dina) Winters and his sister: Melissa (Jason) Hadsell. He is predeceased
by his parents and his brother, Michael Winters.
Visiting hours for Jim will be on Wednesday September 6 th from 4-6 PM at the Kelly
Funeral Home in Lee. A private funeral service will be held at a later date. Friends wishing
may make donations in his memory to Hospice Care in the Berkshires in c/o the Kelly Funeral
Home 3 Main Street Lee, MA 01238.
