Nancy Lynch Obituary

Nancy (Bartini) Lynch of Lee, passed away on June 1, 2025.

Nancy was born on February 23, 1941 in Pittsfield, MA, the daughter of the late Julian and Victoria Bartini.  She was a 1958 graduate of Lee High School.  Upon graduation Nancy worked as a telephone operator then went on to work for her father at The Main Street Market in Lee.  She had a long and distinguished career working at Country Curtains for over 25 years.

Nancy married the love of her life, the late Edward “Ted” Lynch on September 5, 1960 and they shared 64 wonderful years together until his passing in August 2024.  She enjoyed gardening, her daily walks with Ted and especially their winters spent in Florida where they made many special friends.

Nancy is survived by her son Edward (Natalie) Lynch, her daughters Susan Martino, Stephanie (Todd) Burdick and Stacey (Pete) LaRock.  She also leaves behind her grandchildren Alyssa (James) Sena, Neena (Kore) Martino, Tony (Julia) Martino, Luke (Abigail) Martino, Samantha (Kyle) Rochelo, Stone (Ricci) Burdick, Connor and Maddy LaRock, as well as great-grandchildren Sloan and Maverick Sena, Savannah and Owen Martino, Mance and Beau Burdick and Marley Rochelo. She is also survived by her sisters Madeline Briggs, Ann Marie Collins, Sandra Brighenti, Mary Seward and her brother Robert Bartini.

Nancy was predeceased by her brothers Joseph, William and James Bartini, as well as her sisters Norma Flynn, Elaine Feltre and Eleanor Baumann.

A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 6th at 10:00 am at St. Mary’s Church in Lee.  Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery.  Per Nancy’s wishes, there will be no calling hours.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Lee Chamber of Commerce Flower Fund in care of Kelly Funeral Home, 3 Main Street Lee, MA  01238
